HOW TO BOOK YOUR EVENT AT ORTOLAN

Please find below some guidelines on how to plan and book your next event at Ortolan.

•	Contact our events coordinator by calling 323.653.3300 or via email at admin@ortolanrestaurant.com.
•	Together we can discuss and develop the best event custom package including menus, prices and seating arrangements.
•	Ortolan provides a variety of unique settings and room sizes to accommodate your event, whether it is a private dinner or a wedding reception. We recommend a visit to the restaurant in advance if possible.
•	We also provide references for specialists from flower arrangements to audio visual equipment, encompassing every aspect of your event's planning.
•	Once the events arrangements have been settled, a contract will be drafted and a deposit required.
•	The staff at Ortolan will be in contact with you as needed, up to the event's date, to ensure every detail is covered and all your needs met.
